Adult Art Class is for any level any 2D media. Whether you would like to learn or expand your skills in drawing or painting with pastels, watercolor, acrylic or oil, this class is for you! Each student works in the medium of their own choice on a project of their own choice. I help guide you through the project while helping to build up basic skills such as line, value, composition and color. Students bring in their own supplies. A supply list can be supplied. Adult Art Class is a 6 week Art Class Session for any level and any 2D media. January 26, February 2, 9, 16, 23 & March 2, & 9th (makeup for snow day) Payment holds your spot, seats are limited. Come have fun exploring new art materials and techniques! Meet other young artists and find your favorite mediums.  We will paint, sculpt, draw, make 3 dimensional art, prints, and mixed media pieces. Come see what you can do! Art Club for grades 3 -5 or age equivalent, will meet Mondays from 3:15 – 5:00.  Registration is for 4 weeks of classes which is a “session.” You may also sign up for a “semester,”/ half year, and receive a discount. If you are registering for one session at a time you must renew your registration monthly by emailing Vandy at [email protected] or speaking to her directly on or before the third day of the current session so your child’s spot isn’t filled by someone else. Epping students will be picked up at school and walked down to the Arts Center by the Creative Community Space group leader.  Students should bring a snack to eat before we begin Art Club activities. Come make some 3D sculpture! Many people think about Art in terms of drawing and painting, but Art that is 3 dimensional is a lot of fun to make.  We will begin with basic Origami shapes to learn about symmetry, unity, and balance. In week 2, we will make an assemblage using found items. In week 3, we will make abstract foam sculptures. In weeks 4 & 5, we will create freeform sculpture with items of choice added to a base, and finish any outstanding projects.   We are an EFA Vendor and take ClassWallet Please email to express interest before registering if you are an EFA family. This 5-week class will run for 1 hour each week from 11-12:00 Dates: January 20 & 27, February 3, 10 & 17. Grades 2 – up or age equivalent. This class adapts easily to a child’s age. We currently have 3 interested students.  Please reach out if your child would like to join MS Art Club!  [email protected] Come create your way!  Middle School Art Club is a social art group that is full of choice!  Students are shown tools and techniques and given some examples of the ways they are used and can then explore their own creativity.  The group is also shown examples of how art is powerful!  This feeds their creative self-esteem as they create for self-expression. Please reach out if you have questions about this group!  [email protected] Students walk down from the Epping Middle School on their own- to arrive at the Art Center around 2:30.  (Vandy will walk them down the first time – and again if requested) Students from districts other than Epping should be dropped off by 2:40. Non-walker information below.   Register for a 4 week “Session” or a full “Semester” and receive a semester discount.                              If you are registering by session, you must renew your registration monthly by emailig Vandy at [email protected] or speaking to her directly  on or before the 2nd day of the current session. Epping students will be picked up at school and walked down to the Arts Center by the Creative Community Space group leader.  Students should bring a snack to eat before we begin Art Club activities. Homeschooled students or students coming from other school districts should arrive at Creative Community Space by 3:40 (and eat a snack before they come) You will find the registration form at the link below.  Upon receiving your registration & payment for an Epping Elementary Student we will email you a “Walkers’ Release”  before your first session that will allow us to pick your child up at school. *Please note:  We follow the SAU 14 school calendar. Registration Deadline: ADVANCED REGISTRATION FOR FALL IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.  Please invite your child/youth’s friend to join Art Club. Cancellation Policy:  Advanced registration can be refunded in full by December 22nd for the Art Club session of the new year.  Credit is given for a future activity or art club if cancellation is on or after December 22nd. No refunds after the 4-week session has begun.   If a refund is requested for a half-year registration the refund will be pro-rated as if you had registered session to session up until the refund date. Registration deadlines for each session follow the above protocol.  The deadline is 2 weeks before a session begins.  Always feel free to email us and ask if there is space if the deadline has passed. There will be 1 make-up day offered/semester for Art Club days that may have been missed due to snow/school cancellation or teacher illness. Meeting space:  Art Club will meet in the indoor Gathering Space. During classes and Open Art at Creative Community Space masks are optional.   Semester 2  Session = $78.00   Semester = $388.00 (One more Session and 1 day more than Semester 2) Session 5  Jan. 7, 14, 21, 28  (Pay 21 for Session 6) Session 6  Feb. 4, 11, 18, March 4 (Pay Feb. 18 for Session 7) Session 7  March 11, 18, 25, April 1 (Pay March 25 for Session 8) Session 8  April 8, 15, 22, May 6  (Pay April 22 for Session 9) Session 9  May 13, 20, 27, June 3 (Pay May 27 for Session 10) Session 10  June 10 Last Day Party!  (One day $19.50)
