PriorNet Guidelines 2026 PriorNet is a business networking group focused on building relationships to help grow each others business by sharing ideas, providing referrals and supporting one another’s success.   Group Options: In-Person: Tuesday 7:30 AM, Tuesday 9:30 AM, or Friday 8:30 AM Zoom: Thursday 9:00 AM Member Expectations: Meetings are held every other week and last one hour. Consistent attendance is encouraged; please arrive on time and communicate absences. Members who miss four meetings risk losing their spot and business category to someone on the waiting list. By being present, you’re not only sharing about your own business but also supporting fellow business owners. It’s important to show up for others in the group — to listen, refer, and engage. Meaningful networking happens when members invest in one another’s success; the more you contribute, the more value you gain in return. Representation: One member per business category per group (first come, first served). Members may join only one group and represent one business/category. Categories must be clearly defined — no “and” or “/” listings. Meetings: Every member gives a 60-second commercial at each meeting. There will be a main presenter on a rotating schedule. When no presenter is scheduled, meetings will feature topic discussions for idea sharing. Membership: $75 annual fee (non-prorated). Members may join only one group and under one business/category. This special event brings our community together each year to support the future of those we serve throughout Scott, Carver, and Dakota counties.   The evening will feature delicious food catered by D’Amico Hospitality, a silent auction, recognition and awards, and an engaging program that highlights the impact of the CAP Agency’s work across the tri-county area. The Prior Lake Chamber Ambassadors are a dynamic group of volunteer members dedicated to building relationships and supporting fellow businesses. Ambassadors visit Chamber members monthly to strengthen connections, gather feedback, and ensure members get the most value from their Chamber experience. What Ambassadors Do: • Member Visits & Connections – Check in with members monthly to foster relationships, encourage engagement, and gather feedback. • Represent the Chamber – Attend ribbon cuttings, networking events, and community gatherings as visible advocates of the Chamber. • Support Member Engagement – Help members plug into events, committees, and opportunities that best fit their business goals. • Serve as Mentors – Guide new and prospective members by answering questions, offering advice, and sharing your Chamber experience.    Why Be an Ambassador? • Build stronger relationships with Chamber members and community leaders. • Expand your network and visibility while giving back. • Play a key role in helping members feel connected, supported, and valued.   The Ambassador Program is a vital part of our Chamber’s mission—ensuring every member stays engaged, heard, and connected.
