The Monticello Chamber is proud to introduce Rising Stars Monticello, a leadership development program offered in partnership with BetterCulture. This program is designed for emerging leaders and professionals who are new to leadership, preparing for future leadership roles, or looking to strengthen their skills to grow within their organization. It is ideal for individuals seeking to build confidence, improve their professional effectiveness, and position themselves for the next step in their career. At the foundation of the program is the 20 Tenets of Culture, developed by BetterCulture, a proven framework for strengthening workplace culture from the inside out.  The course will be co-facilitated by Dr. Katie Williams of Craig Chiropractic and Kinesiology and Gabrielle Lien, Branch Manager at Premier Bank, bringing real-world leadership experience and community insight into each session. Participants will learn how to: Strengthen workplace culture from within Improve communication and collaboration across teams Build confidence in leadership roles and conversations Increase employee engagement, motivation, and performance Develop high-performing teams that support organizational success Strengthen both professional skills and personal growth through coaching and reflection Through interactive workshops and meaningful discussion, participants gain practical tools they can immediately apply in the workplace, along with increased self-awareness and a clearer understanding of their strengths and growth opportunities.
