The MACC Mason Business Expo BACK and is scheduled for Thursday, April 9th from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm and will be hosted in the Ingham County Community Building. This is a business to consumer event, and everyone is welcome. If you buy (or influence the buying) for any business or organization, we invite you to get a booth space and show our community what products and services you offer. We are also encouraging businesses that participant to use this opportunity to conduct a job fair for their business as needed. Attendees will need to register in advance! There will be up to 40 local businesses showing their products and services, eager to tell you all they have to offer. Registration for this event is open! Please call 517-676-1046 or register online at www.masonchamber.org. Booth space is available for members is $100, non-members $125.00 and non-profit organizations for $60. If you are interested in joining the Mason Area Chamber of Commerce, we would be happy to discuss membership with you. Please email [email protected] or call the office at 517-676-1046. THE EVENT IS FREE TO ATTEND! INVITE EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO ATTEND! Location: Ingham County Fairground Community Building We will be providing one 8-foot table and two chairs for all participants. Setup for all booth sponsors/exhibitors will start at 3:00 PM, and you must have your booth fully set up and staffed by 4:30 PM.

Registration is NOW OPEN! Join us for one of Mason’s most beloved traditions — our outdoor Spring Fling Courthouse Show, now in its 42nd year! This popular event features 130 vendor lawn spaces and welcomes crafters, artists, food vendors, and more. Vendor Information Booth Fees: Non-Profit Booth - $50 ​MACC Member Booth - $100 MACC Member Two Booths - $175 Non-Member Booth - $125 Non-Member Two Booths - $225 A map with booth locations will be emailed to all registered vendors the week of the event. ​Deadline to Register: Monday, April 20, 2026 Space Size: 10’ x 10’ lawn space Event Type: Non-juried, first-come, first-served Setup Requirement: Vendors must set up 18 inches from sidewalks to avoid sprinkler lines. Additional Fees: If your setup exceeds the 10’x10’ space, additional fees will apply. What’s Provided: Lawn space only. No electricity, tables, or canopies provided. Special Space Requests? We’ll do our best to accommodate preferences like sun/shade or flat ground. Please include any special requests in the comments section of the registration form or contact the Chamber directly. Food Vendor Details Food Truck Fees: ​MACC Member Food Truck - $125 Non-Member Food Truck - $150 ​​A map with truck location will be emailed to all registered vendors the week of the event. ​Deadline to Register: Monday, April 20, 2026 Limited Spots Available Electricity Provided: 15amp 110v and 30amp 220v ONLY NO 50amp service Water: Please bring your own — no water hook-ups available. Note: Contact the Chamber in advance with your power needs.   Cancellation Policy: Before April 1: $25 non-refundable fee After April 2: No refunds for any reason Free Parking: Available in municipal lots No Vendor Parking: In 2-hour street spots around the courthouse Direct Sales Vendors (e.g. Mary Kay, Pampered Chef, etc.): Must get prior approval from the MACC Canopy Permits: Larger than 10’x10’? You need a building permit from the City of Mason (call 517-676-9155). Two 10’x10’ canopies side-by-side do not require a permit. Important Notes This is a RAIN or SHINE event. MACC is not responsible for lost/stolen items, sales, or foot traffic. Promote your participation to maximize visibility and success!   By registering participant hereby agrees to the following show rules and releases the Mason Area Chamber of Commerce, the City of Mason, Ingham County, board of directors, staff, and volunteers of any liability for damage, injury, or the loss to any person or goods from any cause whatsoever. The Mason Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to request the removal of any vendor or items the Chamber deems objectionable and inappropriate without refund of fees.
