Join us for an informative session with local wellness guru Amy White. She’ll discuss Seasonal Affective Disorder a common condition that effects millions of people every year. Amy will look at its relationship to sunlight, Vitamin D, and other factors, and outline strategies for combating the “Winter Blues”. The class will be limited to 15 people, so please contact the library to register.
