Ages 0 to pre-walkers Drop in EventJoin Miss Christina from Westfield CFCE for a special playgroup for infants (ages 0 to pre-walkers) and their caregivers. This group provides a space to connect with other families, socialize, share information, and receive support. The babies will enjoy playtime with age appropriate toys, practicing tummy time, and listening to a story and songs. A great way to build community and support early growth in a fun, relaxed setting!

Registration Required. Sound healing is an ancient practice that has been around for thousands of years that promotes balance and total bliss throughout the body. The quartz crystal singing bowls are designed to help release negative, stuck energy and tune your body to the love frequency, also known as 432 hertz. The love frequency is the natural harmony in which the planet vibrates at, and promotes healing in many ways. Each singing bowl is tuned to a specific note at 432 hz, and this targets the 7 chakras, or 7 energy wheels in your body to flow again. Depending on our journey in life, our chakras can become imbalanced and stuck, or flow in the wrong direction. The bowls help to rebalance our energy systems, realign, and connect us with the earth again. It will be important to bring a yoga mat or towel, something to lay on during the program and a blanket to cover yourself up in. People often get cold while laying for an hour, and the blanket helps to promote comfort throughout your body. Pillows are a personal preference but you are more than welcome to bring one - whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Chairs will be available if anyone prefers them. Julia Nadolny is an elementary school teacher, with a certification in energy medicine and reiki. She has a passion for teaching and helping others. She began her journey with sound healing to help heal herself, and hasfound huge benefits. She is now proud and honored to share these healing powers and benefits that come from the bowls and her passion to make others feel good. **This program is made possible by the Sarah Gillett Services for the Elderly** Registration Required.
