You will learn how to make Moroccan chicken tagine, couscous, and salad. While cooking, we will talk about Moroccan spices, including Ras el Hanout, and varieties of other types of tagine dishes. You do not need a tagine pot to make tagine. Virtual Cooking program with Ploy are intended for an adult age demographic. The intended audience for these programs is local Southborough residents and MA residents in surrounding communities. The Southborough Library welcomes people of all abilities to programs.
