Are you a movie enthusiast looking to share your love for films with like-minded individuals? Look no further than the new Flint Memorial Library Cinema Circle! This is your chance to dive into the world of cinema, engage in lively discussions, and explore the art of filmmaking—all within a welcoming community. The Cinema Circle is the perfect space for both casual viewers and serious cinephiles. Whether you’re an in-depth analyst or just love a good story, our club offers something for everyone. We meet every Monday in the Conference Room at 6:30pm. After the film, we'll have a little chat about what we just watched—but if you don't feel like chatting, no pressure! You can just peace out if you'd like. The theme for December is Infinity and Intimacy, and today's film is Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022). A middle-aged Chinese immigrant is swept up into an insane adventure in which she alone can save existence by exploring other universes and connecting with the lives she could have led. Since today's film is rated R (for some violence, sexual material and language), patrons under 17 must be accompanied by an adult or provide a signed permission note from a parent or guardian.
