As before, we’ll explore movement through all planes of motion, fostering stability and strength throughout, enhancing awareness of how this integration can vitalize body, breath, mind, and spirit. For both this series and season, we’ll physically and energetically ground and nourish, lift and lengthen, resource and release, to encourage balance and peace from within.  While familiarity with yoga is of benefit, all levels are welcome, as this practice meets participants wherever they are at.
