This is a day that I (Sophie Taft) invite first and kindergarten caregivers to attend their child's regular music class with them in the music room and we do some of our favorite activities from the year together.  It shouldn't require anything from any other staff aside from passing along the invite in newsletters.  I will ask parents to RSVP so that I can find a buddy for students whose parents are unable to attend.  In the past that has been an older sibling or buddy or a staff member if someone is available.
