Welcome to Awaken Yoga with Julie! Please wear comfortable and breathable clothing, and your own yoga mat (we will try to have a few extra on hand for beginners who want to give yoga a try for the first time). Don't forget to bring a bottle of water for yourself, too! The course will be taught to all levels. Beginners through advanced practitioners are welcome! This course is taught by certified Yoga Instructor Julie Lazerwitz.A course fee of $10 will be charged at the beginning of the class, or five classes for $40. Registration is required.
