Dear 8th Grade Parents/Guardians, We are happy to announce that we will be have an 8th grade Promotion ceremony on Thursday, May 23rd. The Promotion ceremony will be held in the gym at Pleasant Valley Intermediate school. Doors open at 6:30 and the 8th grade video will start shortly after. The ceremony begins at 7 PM. Each 8th grader participating in Promotion will receive 6 tickets. These tickets are in addition to the student. These tickets will be sent home TODAY. Lost tickets will NOT be replaced, so please keep them safe. No one will be allowed into the ceremony without a ticket. Children two and under that can sit on your lap do not need a ticket. The Promotion ceremony will also be streamed live for those who are unable to attend. If you are in need of more than 6 tickets, please call or email Ms. Henegar to request additional tickets by noon on Friday, May 17th. We can not guarantee additional tickets, but we will do our best to accommodate requests. Additional tickets will be given out in increments no greater than 4 and it is on a first come first serve basis. Thank you!
