The Route 66 Watch and Clock Club is sponsoring a free Central Illinois Watch and Clock Show and Sale on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at the American Legion, located at 24 E Adams Street in Morton, Illinois between 11 am and 2 pm. The show is free, and open to the public. The show will be held in the basement area. Please use the side entrance. The Watch and Clock Show and Sale provides a great opportunity to buy, sell or simply look and learn about mechanical clocks and watches. Have a clock, wristwatch or pocket watch and want to learn more about it or sell it? Bring it along! The Event is small and informal, and is all about having fun, meeting new people and learning about watches and clocks. There are no fees and no obligations, and it is informal and open to the public. The Event is held between 11 am and 2 pm, but visitors can arrive or leave at any time.

The same team that brought you A Tribute to Tony Bennett and Viva Las Vegas is back this January! This year's show will feature the work of the late, great Quincy Jones. If you caught The Color Purple last fall, this show will feature many of the cast members from that production as we honor Quincy's work in film, television and radio. This production will also feature students from Pleasant Valley as they perform a tribute to The Wiz. This production returns as an annual fundraiser to help support the theatre.

Monthly luncheons Monthly opportunities to network and build professional relationships Dynamic speakers & presentations customized for personal, professional growth and community involvement Inclusive and supportive environment to celebrate success The objective of Women in Leadership of Central Illinois is to promote leadership among women by providing mentoring, networking and educational opportunities. Women In Leadership conducts monthly luncheon meetings, held the second Thursday of the month at the Warehouse on State. The exceptions are as follows: July – Special Event – No monthly luncheon September - Pathways to Success Conference - No monthly luncheon Monthly Luncheon Agenda: 11:30am Networking begins 11:45am Lunch is served, members and guests networking and/or discuss table topic  12:25pm Program/presentation 12:50pm Toot Your Horn (member share celebrations and events for $2) 1:00pm Program ends Monthly luncheons (with advance reservations) are $26 for members and $31 for guests. We encourage our members to bring guests to learn more about our organization and the value a WIL membership can offer them.
