How would you like to get your business information in the hands of new Frankfort residents in 2025--to hundreds of people who are eager to learn about their new community, and local products and services.   The Chamber's Welcome to Frankfort Gift Bag program provides you with an avenue to do just that! It gives Chamber members the opportunity to capitalize on the credibility of the Chamber to influence new residents to Shop Chamber Members First. You provide a coupon or promotional item for your business. Be creative with what you give us for the bags. A few examples include: Notepad, magnet, chip clips, pens, tape measure, bottle opener, glass cloth cleaner, coupon or promotion (stop in for your free gift). Printed items such as coupons, etc. no larger than 5.5 x 4.25. Deliver to the Chamber 100-250 items by January 2nd, 2025. If you bring your items in later, we will get them in the bags as soon as we get them. We will email you if we run out so you can replenish.  The Chamber provides a reusable shopping bag that includes: A welcome letter from the Chamber, the Chamber’s most recent Community Resource Guide, and the items you provide.  In turn, the new resident is asked to fill out a brief information sheet so we can capture their data. If they opt-in to receive future communications, we will provide their name and mailing address to our participating Chamber members so they can do their own follow-up.

Following introductions, we will hear from our speaker who will give a 10-minute educational presentation. New Members: You will be welcomed to the membership and have 1 minute to give an elevator speech. Members: You will have an opportunity to deliver your 30-second commercial to share about yourself or your business. Bring a guest! We’re excited to have you join us for this delicious adventure. Here’s what you need to know to make the most of your experience: Check-In: Start your day by checking in at our designated location. You’ll receive your guidebook, souvenir bag, and wristbands here. Guidebook: Your guidebook will feature a handy map showing all the participating businesses, along with details on what each spot will be serving—whether it’s bubbly, a chocolate treat, or an appetizer. Sampling: As you visit each location, make sure to get your guidebook marked after trying a sample. You’ll want to check off each stop to keep track of your delicious journey! Designated Drivers: If you’re a designated driver, we want to ensure you enjoy the event as well! You are welcome to sample the chocolate and appetizer stops. Have Fun: Take your time to enjoy each stop, and be sure to shop at our local businesses while you’re at it. Have you ever heard your child tell camp stories and imagined what it’s truly like? Have you wondered what it would be like if you were a camper yourself? We have exciting news for you! This winter Camp Manitoqua is offering our summer in winter experience, S’Winter, where you as a parent can also participate in camp! You and your camper will have a day together where you get to take part in some of the Camp classics like the Art Hut, a Chapel service, and Portable Initiatives! We’re excited to offer this experience to 1st through 8th graders and can’t wait to see you and your camper enjoy this S’Winter day together! Grades 1st - 8th and parent(s)
