When you click the link to register, you can register as Non-Chamber Member or Resident to continue your event registration. Once registered you will receive a confirmation with further instructions and the event code to enter in the app. Only ONE person needs to register and pay the $15 fee.  We will want your team name at time of registration but you will create your team and add your member on the app directly.  Join the Goosechase Scavenger Hunt Fundraiser, a fun way to explore Bloomingdale while supporting local scholarships! The Bloomingdale Parks Foundation and Bloomingdale Chamber of Commerce are teaming up for this interactive, community-wide event.  You?ll explore the community in entertaining ways and receive valuable discounts to enjoy!   How It Works: Register for $15 per person/team (teams up to 5). Since 2021, Surge to New Levels and their Doggos & Deadlifts competition & fundraiser have helped raise nearly $25,000 for local rescue efforts with Anderson Humane, and they are excited to continue that tradition with us. Whether you are an experienced lifter, trying something new, or looking to adopt, this event is about community, strength, and supporting the dogs and puppies in our care. In addition to the competition and fundraising, we will be bringing adoptable dogs and puppies for guests to meet or adopt on the day of the event. Summary of Event Restaurants will create exclusive special offers to entice people to choose their restaurant to visit.  It has to be something very special not offered anywhere else, or any other time of the year.  I’ve benchmarked other Restaurant Weeks, and the highest success comes from those restaurants offering the best values. You can create special menu items, the 3 course meal deals, percent off, or giveaways.  Feature a special menu item to debut with a fantastic price. The goal is to bring in new people to the community to experience the culinary diversity of Bloomingdale.    The event will be open to Chamber members for a $50 fee with the donation of a gift card (value $20 and up), non-Chamber members will be charged $150 to participate and also provide a gift card. Sponsorships will help cover marketing costs. If you want to become a sponsor, contact Cindy Allston, [email protected] or 630-980-9082 for details.  Sponsorships of $150 will be listed on the Chamber website with hyperlinks and included on the flyers and posters.   How Restaurant Week is Marketed Restaurant Week will be advertised via Village of Bloomingdale Almanac cover article (June 2026 addition), banners and signage in the community, eblasts to area residents (20K+), Village e-newsletter, outdoor signage, posters and flyers at the participating restaurants, Social Media, in the Stratford Crossing mailer and it is in the Bloomingdale Community Guide and Business Directory which was mailed out to every Bloomingdale resident and business. The Chamber also adds information to restaurant week websites, and sends press releases to the Daily Herald and Chicago Tribune.   Your restaurant information and menu will be on a Restaurant Week page on the Chamber website with hyperlinks back to your website. You’ll be included in Chamber eblasts, on the posters and flyers, and in the press releases. This exposure is worth more than the fee.  If you have pictures of your restaurant or food send them to the Chamber to be included on the website and in the marketing. We will try our best to include as many as possible. Send pictures to [email protected]. Last year we had 5,000 visits our Restaurant Week website viewing your special offers!   What you need to do to be included You must provide your agreement and menu by June 23, 2026 to be included in the marketing of this event. Any restaurant signing up after this date risks not be included on the flyers or other marketing. Deliver gift card/certificate to Bloomingdale Chamber.    Raffle Contest Customers will send their receipts to the Chamber via email to [email protected] or mailed to 104 S. Bloomingdale Rd, Bloomingdale, 60108, to be entered into the drawing pulled at the conclusion of Restaurant Week. The value of the prize will be determined on the number of gift cards donated. Receipts must be dated between July 12, 2026 and received by July 18, 2026. Restaurant Passport The Restaurant Passport will be used to distinguish customers patronizing your restaurant because of Restaurant Week from the general public.  At the time of ordering, customers will need to show the server their Restaurant Passport. The Restaurant Passport can be printed off from BloomingdaleChamber.com, found in the Stratford Crossing mailer, in the Bloomingdale 2026 Community Guide and Business Directory mailed to all Bloomingdale residents and businesses, found at the Chamber office, Village Hall, Bloomingdale Public Library, Bloomingdale Park District, and at other local businesses. Customers must have a printed Restaurant Passport to receive the discounts. Download Restaurant Week Passport HERE Restaurant Agreement By agreeing to participate in Restaurant Week you agree to the following: Register to participate and pay the fee of $50 for Chamber members, and $150 for Non-Members. Donate a gift card/certificate to be used in the raffle for those customers patronizing participating restaurants. Gift card amounts should be valued at a minimum of $20. Post flyers, posters and signage, all provided, in your restaurant, including a sign in front of your restaurant to spotlight your business to the public as participating in Restaurant Week. Flyers are formatted to be included in bill folders. Share the event and posts on Social Media.  The Chamber will create an event tagging your business as a co-host. Place provided flyers in your establishment advertising Restaurant Week listing all participating restaurants. Inform your staff about Restaurant Week. This is the largest complaint we have from diners, that the servers did not know about Restaurant Week!   Sponsorships $150 Sponsor:  Name/Logo on Chamber website with hyperlink and included in eblasts and on the flyers.     Complete the form below and return to Cindy Allston by June 30, 2026. The Bloomingdale Business Connections (BBC) leads group is a category-exclusive group of business leaders that meet for the purpose of getting to know, like and trust each other in order to share leads with each other. The group meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month. January 13th is the first meeting of this group.  Since it is a category exclusive group of businesses, those who register first will be given priority in claiming their category seat.  If they choose not to join, then the second person to register in that category will be given the option to join.  To join, there is an annual fee of $60. If you decide to join after the first meeting, you will be invoiced. We do our best to allow as many in as possible. For example, there can be three banks in the group, one for personal banking, one for commercial banking and a third for loans.
