Your organization will have the opportunity to choose between American Fidelityâs AF Enroll platform or Aflacâs Employee Navigator platform. These solutions will provide your employees and HR staff with two excellent options at NO additional cost or obligation. Both platforms are already proven with existing OGI schools. Likewise, Regence and Blue Cross of Idaho are fully supportive and ready to assist with this change.Transitioning to one of these platforms will be optional but is highly encouraged. Our intent is to deploy the online enrollment process in time for FY27 open enrollment. Please note, for groups who may not be ready in time but still wish to participate, we can continue the transition mid-plan year following open enrollment. Of course, we will continue to provide paper enrollment forms for any groups who need them.We understand this is a significant change and you likely have questions.
