We are also calling for volunteers through this link 2026 Back to School | Volunteer Sign-Up Form: https://form.jotform.com/261245361464152 Get ready to kick off the school year with a bang at our Back to School Community Health Fair - it's going to be a blast! Join us at our annual Back to School Community Health Fair for a day of fun and learning. Bring your family and friends for free health screenings for all ages, school supplies, and community resources. Light refreshments will be available, plus plenty of fun activities for kids. Book bags are given on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. Child(ren) MUST be present to receive any giveaway items. Let's kick off the school year right together! See you there!
