Evening Sound Bath with Crystal Singing Bowls

Let the soundwaves transport you to a place of relaxation & peace! During this experience Meditation Teacher & singing bowl specialist, Anthony Profeta will use Himalayan Singing bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, tuning forks, & other vibrational tools to de-stress, restore balance, and bring well-being to your body, mind, & soul. If you are new to a Sound Bath Meditation, it is a very therapeutic form of meditation because as sound waves wash over your body, they move the brain into the more relaxed alpha & theta brainwave states. Sound meditations are wonderful for all types of meditators but are especially good for beginners because the tones & frequencies of the instruments give the mind something to hold onto & help cut through the mental chatter quieting the mind. Bring your mat, favorite blanket and pillow.Please be aware that the gate will be closed at 5:30 and entry to the classroom will be closed at 5:40 to ensure a respectful learning environment for all participants. He has been intensely studying the art of meditation for over two decades in monasteries and meditation centers of the US, Nepal, Italy & India. He has also been blessed to be guided & mentored by many of today’s meditation masters such as Jack Kornfield, Sharon Salzberg, Jon Kabat-Zinn, and the Dalai Lama. A “Sound Bath Meditation” is a very therapeutic form of meditation because you’re literally being “bathed” in sound waves. And as they “wash over your body”, they help guide you into a more relaxed, calm, and peaceful state by shifting you into the alpha & theta brainwave states. Class Registration, Refund, and Exchange PolicyBok Tower Gardens requires registration for all classes. Payment is due at the time of registration. Before the class:If a participant needs to cancel, requests for refunds or exchanges must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. The Magic of Microgreens

Discover the magic of microgreens with Ferpher Farms in this hands-on workshop designed for beginners, families, gardeners, and curious learners of all ages. Participants will learn what microgreens are, how they differ from sprouts and mature vegetables, why they are valued as nutrient-dense foods, and how they can be grown year-round in a small space. Christopher and Jennifer will guide participants through the basics of growing microgreens from seed to harvest, including seed selection, soil, watering, light, timing, harvesting, and simple ways to enjoy microgreens in everyday meals. The workshop will include a live growing demonstration, practical tips, and a take-home microgreens growing kit so participants can continue the experience after the class. This class is approachable, educational, and family-friendly. Children are welcome with adult participation, and the workshop is adaptable for adults, homeschool groups, garden clubs, or wellness-focused audiences. About the instructors: Christopher and Jennifer Tolen are the founders of Ferpher Farms, a Lake Wales-based microgreens farm dedicated to fresh, sustainable, nutrient-dense food and community education. Through Ferpher Farms, they grow organic, non-GMO, pesticide-free microgreens and teach people of all ages how tiny greens can become a simple, practical part of everyday meals and healthy habits. Christopher and Jennifer created The Magic of Microgreens workshop to make growing fresh food approachable, hands-on, and fun for adults, families, homeschool groups, garden clubs, classrooms, and young growers.
