Join local biologist, Sean Patton, to explore the wild world of Florida wetlands and aquatic butterfly gardening. Live fish, plants, and a mobile wetland will serve as examples for attendees. Our presenter, Sean Patton, worked as an aquatic biologist before starting his own aquatic habitat restoration business in sunny Sarasota. Sean is a graduate of New College of Florida and now teaches at Ringling College.

They'll have fun learning about the actor's "instrument": voice, body, mind, and imagination.These classes will allow tweens to not only understand themselves but to feel great about the things they like about themselves. Acting workshops reinforce that, "for every action there is a reaction".Instructor Ce Schafler, has extensive experience working with children and in youth drama education having been an English & Acting Teacher, Child Advocate, Match Support Specialist for Big Brothers/Big Sisters, and a Children's Theatre & Performing Arts Director. Registration is required and limited to 10 tweens ages 9-12.  Participants are encouraged to attend all 12 classes.This program is provided through a partnership with Englewood Creative Arts.
