In cardio drumming we use an exercise ball as our drum, put the exercise ball in a bucket or large pail and drum sticks. Please provide your own supplies or come see what supplies are available. We mix in fun moves, and it turns into a fun workout you won't want to stop. Can be done sitting or standing and low impact. Program in partner with Delmar New Century Club.
