Anil Sawe's exhibit consists of oil paintings on canvas depicting colorful sunsets and the power of the ocean. His exhibit runs from Nov 1 to Dec 30, 2025 and is open to the public during the Library's open hours. About the Artist Anil was born in Bombay, India, and was an engineer by profession. However, he always found a strong attachment to all visual arts. Now retired, Anil lives in Aptos and loves to capture the ocean's energy and vivid colors of the west coast sunsets in his paintings.

Join us to learn and improve your English listening and speaking skills. This class session is for beginner and intermediate ESL students. Registration is closed.  Classes are Monday and Wednesday mornings 10am - 12pm from October 1st to December 10th. You must be able to attend the entire class session. This class will take place in person at the Saratoga Library. Attendees must be at least 18 years old.

Practice your reading skills and build up your self-confidence reading to a patient and furry listener (fully trained therapy dog). This program is for children who have completed Kindergarten through 5th grade. Parents are asked to remain in the room during the 10-minute reading session. Children must register for this program in-person at the Children’s Reference Desk, and may register for one reading session each month.
