Healthy Tuesdays at the Library -- Chair Yoga Recharge Your Body & Mind â One Breath at a Time Step away from your desk and onto the mat! The library offers a free wellness session for adults on Tuesdays at lunchtime â featuring Yoga and Tai Chi on alternating weeks. All levels welcome â no registration required. Weekly Schedule: 1st Tuesday: Wellness Yoga. This class is designed for adults of all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned practitioners. We'll explore foundational yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stress. Each session aims to leave you feeling refreshed, centered, and more connected to your body. Come as you are and discover the transformative power of yoga in a supportive and welcoming environment.
