This is a program for teens ages 12 to 18. All experience levels are welcome. This group meets every Saturday from 9am-11am in the Conference Room.

Are you experiencing any tension or anxiety? Stop by the library on second and fourth Thursdays for guided meditations in English from 1pm to 2pm and in Spanish from 2pm to 3pm. No registration is required to attend these classes.
