This program is for babies that are not yet walking confidently, and their caregivers.  Baby Lapsit invites newborns, infants, babies, and their caregivers to learn together and strengthen their relationship with each other through stories, songs, bounces, tickles, rhymes, books, and play. After Storytime concludes, we invite you to Stay & Play! Some special toys and the Storytime librarian will join in the fun, giving babies and parents time to connect. Students will learn about the different tools used to create an animation which they will be able to use in a series of fun and engaging projects.   Participants will have an opportunity to showcase their work at the end of the session. iPad devices will be provided to all participants to use. If you choose to bring your own iPad you would like to use, you can download the free Stop Motion Studio app in advance.   All materials will be provided.
