Asian Arts Talents Foundation's 2026 Dance Festival (Free Event!)

The Asian Arts Talents Foundation Dance Showcase will take place Saturday evening, June 27th at 7:00pm. The event features dance drama King Zhou & Daji / 紂王妲己, bringing together beautiful Chinese dance, dramatic storytelling, elegant costumes, and stage artistry.

Join us at beautiful Playhouse Plaza for a free outdoor summer concert at the Mission Playhouse featuring Abba Tribute Band, The Swedes, Thursday evening, July 23rd at 7:00pm! From Dancing Queen to Mamma Mia, The Swedes deliver a dazzling night of soaring vocals, infectious joy, and pure Scandinavian charm. Made up of Swedish musicians based in Los Angeles, the band is fronted by Linda Frithiof, who toured worldwide portraying ‘Agnetha’ alongside the original musicians who performed on ABBA’s albums and historic tours. We provide fold up chairs (first come, first served). You can bring your own chair if you’d like.

Silent Sundays 2026 Lineup July 26th: The Thief of Bagdad starring Douglas Fairbanks August 30th: Buster Keaton Shorts September 27th: Wings starring Clara Bow October 25th: Safety Last! starring Harold Lloyd Kicking off our new season is The Thief of Bagdad on July 26th at 2:30pm! Accompanying the film is organist Russ Peck. Mr. Peck currently performs at San Diego Symphony Hall/Jacobs Music Center for their silent film presentations and is house organist at San Diego’s Balboa Theatre. In addition to being an organist, he is principal timpanist for the Tifereth Israel Community Orchestra. Tickets are $12. Purchase a subscription in advance and see all 4 films for $37.
