Stayon schedule or come after 3 pm. The park will be open for set up until sundown.   ü  RedlandsFestival of Arts is setting up across the street, behind the Library. They haveartists that will also be using Eureka Street to unload.  ü  Unload along Eureka Street. Drop off your stuff on the sidewalkand then move your vehicle. Come back to your stuff and find your space. ü  No unloadingfrom the Library parking along Vine Street. ü  Park in thepublic lot at 4th & Brookside/Citrus. Enter on 4thStreet. No parking in Senior Center lot. ü  Exterior booth spaces will be marked out on the sidewalks.  Interior spaces will be marked in spraypaint. Set up between marks. ü  Be aware of the spaces designed for traffic flow down the side walk, between some artists andbehind you in the grass. ü  Bring business cards – brochures - portfolio, etc. to marketyourself! ü  Bring plastic tubs or drop cloths if you’ll have stuff on thegrass.  The grass is so well watered, itwill get everything wet from underneath. Put plastic down! No cardboard on thegrass. ü  Inclement weather? Bring plastic covers...wind-control clips for tablecloths…personalumbrella… etc. ü  Bring stakes to tie down or weigh down your canopy. They have beenknown to blow away (with art attached!) Also weights for your tablecloths, asthey become sails in a wind. ü  Dress in layers! The park ischilly in the morning – warm in the afternoon. Temps may get into the 80s! ü  RAA will handle all the money.  Saturdaymorning, see the event treasurer (RAA booth) who will provide you with a 3-partSales Receipt Book. You write up your sales in the book. You will not acceptpayment at your booth. RAA will tally your sales, calculate your commission,and send you a check within 10 days. RAA commission is pro-rated based on yoursales. ü  Restrooms are available at the Mission Gables house, near the RAAcashier booth. ü  During theevent, check out the Redlands Festival of Arts side … cool stuff and the foodtrucks!   Professionalovernight security is provided Friday and Saturday night.
