You have been chosen to venture to the deepest dungeons and the furthest reaches of outer space with Oakland's newest adventuring guild. Players can expect short campaigns featuring interesting and innovative TTRPG systems led by an experienced and imaginative DM. This event is suitable for beginners and seasoned players alike who are interested in collaborative storytelling and problem solving. Drop in is okay but space is limited, please call or email for details. He will be in the Community Kiosk twice monthly to help military veterans with job leads, tips, and referrals. Come practice yoga! This class is designed for those new to yoga, as well as long-time practitioners. Accessibly paced, we will focus on the fundamentals of poses (asana), breathing, and being in community. This class is meant to ground students in their bodies, while not taking ourselves too seriously. Come as you are to the mat. Participants will need to wear comfortable clothing for movement and bring a yoga mat and small blanket (or bath towel), as well as any other supports they would like.  Get accessibility information. Jaime has been practicing yoga since 2011. The more she practices, the more she uncovers how much yoga has to offer in transforming a busy mind and in transforming one’s relation to the world. Jaime sees herself as a life-long learner whose teaching style is to hold space in class for others to explore their practice. Jaime completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training and has completed additional trainings on energetics and breath.
