Meeting Location:  LBUSD District Office (550 Blumont Street, Laguna Beach, CA 92651) Audience:  Families with students in grades preschool through 5. Families with students in preschool through 5 are invited to join us for an afternoon exploring the Nix Nature Center. In partnership with the Laguna Canyon Foundation, families will enjoy a guided naturalist hike, learn about local plants and wildlife, and explore the trails of Laguna Canyon. Register for the Nix Nature Center family hike.

Families from El Morro and Top of the World elementary schools, with students in preschool through grade 5, are invited to join us for an interactive seminar focused on supporting children's social-emotional growth and healthy friendships. During this session, parents and caregivers will learn how to: * Strengthen their child's social-emotional skills* Navigate friendships and peer challenges* Use a five-step problem-solving model for conflict resolution* Build positive home-school partnerships and connect with other parents This session is designed for both first-time and returning participants and will include interactive strategies, take-home resources, and opportunities to connect with other families. We also want to hear from you. When you register, you may submit questions in advance to help guide the discussion.  Register for the April 22 parent seminar.
