Starting November 14, program numbers will be given at the front desk at 12:30pm instead of 12pm. We limit 20 participants. We will NOT give out the program numbers earlier than 12:30pm.Instructors are from Silver Age Yoga. Designed so that seniors can safely participate at their level of comfort. Every class utilizes chairs. No registration required. Limit 20 and participants will be let in on a first-come, first-served basis. Class starts promptly at 1pm. Stimulating your mind by playing games and learning new skills can help keep your brain healthy as you age. Join us on the second and fourth Mondays of the month from 2:30pm to 4:30pm in the Community Room for board games.
