The commission seeks to increase the amount of housing in Pima County that is affordable to low and median income families, and to oversee and assure public accountability for Pima County Housing Bond Funds. The Commission also is intended to develop a Pima County Affordable Housing Strategy, for approval by the Board of Supervisors, and promote collaborative housing projects with for-profit and non-profit housing providers. Additionally the Commission reviews and recommends uses of Pima County Housing Bond funds and annually report to the Board of Supervisors on the status of Housing Bond Funds, the Housing Trust Fund and the affordable housing programs.INFORMATION: Marcos Ysmael, Community Development and Neighborhood Conservation, (520) 724-2462
