The Book Doctors – Locating, Luring & Landing the Right Agent For YouIt’s harder to find a great agent than it is to write a great book.  With the publishing world turned upside down, unless your name is Michelle Obama, the odds of getting an agent are against you. David Henry Sterry & Arielle Eckstut, a professional agent hunter and an agent who has been hunted, will give you the insider skinny from both writer and agent perspectives. Arielle Eckstut and David Henry Sterry are the co-founders of The Book Doctors, a company dedicated to helping authors get successfully published and the co-authors of The Essential Guide to Getting Your Book Published. Arielle has been a literary agent at Levine Greenberg Rostan for over 25 years, helping hundreds of first-time writers become professionally published authors. She is also the author of 10 books. David Henry Sterry is the author of 16 books. Between his 15 years as a professional actor and 15 years as a professional writer, David has convinced over 50 agents to represent him. 1 hour/Tickets $30. Tickets can be purchased via Eventbrite here bit.ly/31PR1bO. The event will be held online via Zoom. Please note that all ticket sales are final. Succeed2gether’s fourth annual Montclair Literary Festival was scheduled for March 25 to 29, 2020.
