Come join this peer group to share challenges and ideas and find new opportunities for growth SCORE Mentors of Greater Elkhart County is hosting a Business Owners Roundtable that meets the second and fourth Tuesdays of every month at 4pm. With 10-12 small-business owners from non-competing industries, it encourages learning and networking in a respectful and collaborative environment. The discussions are conducted in an open semi-structured format. The agenda is set by members. The open discussions are amongst the members. SCORE Mentors, or an occasional guest speaker, may sometimes participate to enrich the conversation. The Roundtable is facilitated by SCORE Volunteer Dane Willman with support from other SCORE Mentors. Dane is a seasoned Small Business owner with years of experience in roundtable discussions. This class is facilitated by one of our Board Certified Lactation Consultants and is designed for the postpartum breastfeeding mother. The goal of this class is to help maintain lactation when you are separated from baby whether at work or school. Discussion includes conversations with your employer, ways to express breast milk, the proper storage of breast milk, introduction of bottles and paced bottle feedings. Groovin’ in the Gardens Summer Concert Series Live music performances provide the soundtrack to magical evenings at Wellfield Botanic Gardens’ 8th annual Groovin’ in the Gardens – Summer Concert Series. The concert lineup features a variety of musical styles by popular artists including Dave Bennett, local favorites High Life and Memphis Underground and special guests, Rolling Stones tribute band Satisfaction! Gates open at 6 p.m., concerts begin at 7; get your space on the lawn, on the Event Plaza, or anywhere you’d enjoy listening!
