â¨Evening of Compassion ⨠Tuesday, December 23rd at 4:30 PMHosted by the Broome County Humane Society This holiday season, join us for our first-ever Evening of Compassion â a heartfelt community memorial and fundraising event honoring the memory of beloved pets who have touched our lives. đđž As the sun sets, our shelter parking lot will transform into a glowing Field of Compassion, where each luminary represents a cherished pet being remembered that evening. Our dedicated Humane Society staff will read aloud each name, honoring the love and memories shared between families and their animals. ⨠The gentle glow of every luminary will serve as a reminder that the love we share with our pets never fades â it continues to inspire compassion and care for animals in need. We kindly ask that you leave your current pets at home for this special evening.
